Please provide details of delegate's line manager :
- On receipt of your booking form, confirmation details will be forwarded to you.
- Payment for all courses and workshops will be processed via a Clearing Member's PPS account. All fees must be paid in full at least two weeks prior to each course date.
- Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to commencement of any course will carry a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total cost of the course. Training fees will not be refunded if delegates are unable to attend on the day, although alternative delegates will be accepted
