Jill M Considine - Independent

Jill M. Considine has held financial services leadership positions in both the public and private sectors. She was Chairman and CEO of the Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) and its subsidiaries from 1999 to 2008, President of the New York Clearing House Association, L.L.C. from 1993 to 1998, and Managing Director, CAO and a member of the Board of Directors of American Express Bank Ltd., from 1991 to 1993.

Ms. Considine was New York State Superintendent of Banks from 1985 to 1991 and a member of the board of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for six years, serving as Chairman of the Audit and Operational Risk Committee. She was appointed as a trustee of the AIG Credit Facility Trust by the Federal Reserve Bank of NY and the US Treasury and served from 2009 until 2011. She is currently a director of the Interpublic Group of Companies, Mizuho Securities, USA, InfraHedge, Ltd. And the Financial Services Volunteer Corps (FSVC).
