Jason Sippel Global Head of Prime Services, J.P. Morgan

Jason Sippel is Managing Director and global head of Prime Services at J.P. Morgan, with responsibility for the firm’s industry-leading Prime Brokerage, Equity Financing, Agency Clearing and Collateral Management businesses. He also serves as co-head of the firm’s global Delta-One business.

In this role, Jason oversees a division that provides institutional clients with a complete, multi-asset class prime brokerage platform including financing, stock loan, capital introduction and consulting services as well as collateral management, clearing, settlement and reporting services.  

Prior to his current role, Jason was head of Americas Equities Trading from 2012 to 2015, where he oversaw the firm’s Equity Derivatives, High-touch Cash Trading and Block Trading businesses in the region.  Before that, he was head of Americas Equity Derivatives Sales and Trading from 2009 to 2012.

Jason began his career with J.P. Morgan in Asia in 2002 and held a series of increasingly senior roles in Tokyo and Hong Kong, overseeing a variety of Equity and Fixed Income derivatives structuring and trading teams from 2002 to 2009.
