Rémi Bourrette – HSBC Global Banking and Markets

Rémi Bourrette heads Strategic Investments within the Innovation department of HSBC. Before that, he was Head of Business Development for Global Banking and Markets, focusing on the development of new business initiatives and supporting GB&M's Chief Executive in pursuing growth opportunities.

Previously, Rémi was Global Head of Investment Solutions at HSBC Asset Management, developing risk management and strategic asset allocation solutions for pension funds and private clients.

Since joining HSBC in 1994 from Crédit Lyonnais (New York), Rémi has held several positions in financial engineering, risk management and business development, in Paris and London, including the role of Head of Market and Model Risks for HSBC France.

Rémi is a graduate from Ecole Polytechnique (Paris) and Ecole Nationale de l'Administration Economique (Paris). He also holds a Master of Advanced Studies in financial modelling from Paris 7 University.
