Shona Milne - Independent

Shona Milne is an independent non-executive director and Audit Committee Chairman of LCH.Clearnet Group Ltd and each of its subsidiary companies.

Shona started her Financial career at Deloitte Haskins and Sells, moving to Morgan Stanley and then Morgan Grenfell, where she was Head of Product Control for Treasury and Corporate and Investment Banking.  Following the integration of Morgan Grenfell with Deutsche Bank, she held various positions within the organisation.  Between 1996-2003 she was Global Business Area Controller for Equities Trading and Sales, moving in 2003 to the role of CFO EMEA and finally as CFO Deutsche Bank Netherlands from 2011-2012.

Shona is currently Board Trustee and Co-Vice Chair of Regents University London as well as Chair of the Finance Committee; Director of Finance South East and, Treasurer and Trustee of Stonewall Equality, a UK based charity.

She is a graduate of St Andrews University and Heriot Watt University and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
