Auto Partial Settlement (APS) in Euroclear Finland

Dear Member,

Further to the LCH Ltd (LCH) EquityClear circular number 4038, dated 9 August 2019, the Go-Live Date of the new APS Functionality offered by Euroclear Finland has been delayed and will now be Monday 7 October 2019 (not 30 September 2019).

We request our EquityClear members (and, where relevant, their clients) to:

• discuss the APS Functionality with their settlement agents and Euroclear Finland; and

   

• ensure that they use the appropriate partial settlement option and account settings, to enable use of the APS Functionality within Euroclear Finland from the new Go-Live Date.
