LCH Limited (LCH) would like to provide an update to the CDR/LDR/RDR/Accommodation Charges detailed in 3683
From the 20th July 2016 LCH will be including the RDR in this process, aligning the RDR and with the existing LDR process.
As per the timeline provided here, the LDR/RDR and accommodation charge will be reviewed monthly on the 15th (or preceding1 business day). Any LDR/RDR change would then be applied on the fifth business day following the review with any change to the accommodation charge applied on the 13th business day following the review.
The CDR will continue to be reviewed quarterly with any changes applied on the 13th business day following the review.
LCH will notify members when the review has been completed via Circular on the third business day following the review. Full details will then be published in the fees section of the LCH website.
