Pursuant to General Regulation 60A(p), the Clearing House may be required to provide SwapClear Clearing Members with reasonable notice of changes to the Inflation Swaps Operational Specifications document. In light of rulebook changes that are scheduled to be implemented on 17 August 2015 (see link to CFTC self-certification below), the Inflation Swaps Operational Specifications document is being updated with conforming changes. This circular constitutes formal notice of these changes, which will become effective on 17 August 2015.
A black-line of the changes to the Inflation Swaps Operational Specification document will be made available on the ‘Rulebook’ section of the secure website. CFTC self-certification here.
