Following the Rule Change Committees of 20 May and 24 May 2016, LCH is making the following proposed rulebook changes available on its secure website.*

The proposed changes referred to in this circular are summarised below.

^^ LCH will introduce several portfolio transfer enhancements, which will include, among other things, a new intraday bulk transfer process and related ancillary enhancements. The portfolio  transfer enhancements will be released in two phases: (1) Phase 1 will include the support for increased volumes of trades and the intraday movement of settled net present value; and (2) Phase 2 will include the ability to transfer, prefund and reserve collateral intraday as part of the new intraday bulk transfer process.
