LCH.Clearnet Ltd. (LCH) is pleased to announce the following changes with regard to the Collateral Operations department at LCH.

New Collateral Operations Mailboxes

In order to simplify the communication channels to the Collateral Client Services team and enable a quicker more efficient service to Clearing Members;

The following email addresses will be decommissioned, effective from 02/05/16:

These will be replaced with a single Collateral Client Service email address:

Furthermore, the following non-cash collateral group line will be decommissioned:

All collateral queries (cash and non-cash) should be directed to the existing Collateral Client Services global line:

  • +44 (207) 426 7505

Please note, LCH will continue to route existing messages/calls from the old inboxes/phone line for a short period of time facilitating any changes Clearing Members need to make to their own internal processes.

Collateral Management Section of LCH Website

As part of the continuous improvements to the Collateral Client Service Model, the Collateral section of the LCH website has been re-organised and improved.

Updates include:

  • New Collateral Preferences section where members can update their Collateral Preferences
  • Clarity on the PPS Service
  • New detailed Collateral FAQ document

We hope you will find the new changes useful and we will continue to strive to deliver further improvements for you in the near future.
