Collateral Operations – Update on Changes to Billing, Settlement and Reporting of Collateral Fees

LCH.Clearnet Limited (LCH.Clearnet) would like to provide an update to LCH Circular No 3644  published on 17th August 2015.

Circular 3644 informed Clearing Members of the proposed changes to how Collateral Fees are billed, settled and reported at LCH.Clearnet. A corresponding Member impact analysis was also provided with feedback requested to be received no later than the 3rd September.

Feedback has now been collated, reviewed and analysed and whilst in summary the feedback was positive, we appreciate the need for developments to align with Clearing Members internal change management timelines.

Please therefore be advised that the changes articulated in Circular 3644 will now be re-scheduled to take place in 2016.
