Consultation Period Ending - Default Rules

Further to Circular No 3765 of July 26th, the four week consultation period for ‘Default Rules – Consolidated Changes’ has now come to a close. LCH is writing to inform clearing members that, in response to requests for an extended consultation period and to provide clearing members with an opportunity to review new changes that are being proposed in response to clearing member feedback, the ‘Default Rules – Consolidated Changes’ will be made available again for an additional consultation period. The extended consultation period has not yet been determined and will be notified to clearing members in due course.
