From 1st July 2016, to be invoiced in August, LCH will increase the fails fines associated with Euroclear France settlement from £20.00 per ISIN, per day to £25.00. This increase is as a result of additional charges applied to LCH by the CSD.

There will be no additional cost associated with the ad valorem charge and any Market Maker activity will remain at £2.00
