Further to EquityClear circular 3525 issued on 2nd October 2014, we would like to inform you that from Monday 3rd November 2014 we will permanently remove the assumed settlement parameter covering next day deliveries from the end-of-day margin calculation.
No changes are being made to the ERA margin algorithm or the structure of the ERA parameter files. The change will be implemented by LCH.Clearnet setting the existing ‘Assumed Settlement' flag in the ‘Equity' parameter file to ‘N' for all securities.
