EquityClear Settlement Costs in SIS

Dear Member

We would like to inform you that since 1 May 2015, SIS has increased its cost of settlement for MTF Swiss flow. Therefore, from 1 July 2015, in line with the settlement costs recovery structure that LCH applies to all settlements in all CSDs, the costs associated with MTF Swiss settlements in SIS will be reflected as follows:

MTF Swiss business or cross venue netting of SIX Swiss business, will be increasing from CHF0.80 to CHF0.95 per settlement.

We will apply the new settlement fees from 1 July to be invoiced in August, to allow members time to adjust to this change.
