Following the Rule Change Committee of 7 July 2016, LCH.Clearnet Limited distributed via circular no. 3765 proposed rulebook changes for “Default Rules – Consolidated Changes”. Subsequently, LCH distributed a notice via circular no. 3780 that it would provide clearing members a further opportunity to review changes to the proposed “Default Rules – Consolidated Changes”, which were amended during the relevant consultation period.
LCH is writing to inform clearing members that it has extended the consultation period for the amended “Default Rules – Consolidated Changes” for an additional two weeks from the date hereof. The amended “Default Rules – Consolidated Changes” rulebook changes are available on LCH’s secure website.*
