LCH.Clearnet Limited is writing to announce that it has received all necessary approvals to designate Bloomberg Global, Ltd and SwapEx, LLC as ForexClear Approved Trade Source Systems. A ForexClear Approved Trade Source System is a platform that submits ForexClear Transactions directly to LCH.Clearnet Limited.
‘Approved Trade Source System’ and ‘ForexClear Transaction’ have the meanings assigned in the Rulebook of LCH.Clearnet Limited and include ‘FCM Approved Trade Source System’ and ‘FCM ForexClear Transaction’ as defined in the FCM Rulebook.
