LCH Limited EquityClear Service - Clearing fee revision

Dear LCH Limited EquityClear Clearing Member,

We would like to advise you of the following changes to the LCH Limited (LCH) EquityClear fees, effective 1 July 2021:

Clearing fees:  LCH will change the fee and average daily volume (ADV) requirements for clearing fee band six. The fee will change from 0.006p to 0.005p per trade. The ADV will change from 550,000 trade sides to 500,000 trade sides. All other clearing fee bands remain unchanged.

Settlement fail – fixed fail fee: LCH will change the fixed fail fee for Euro markets from £20 per fail, per business day to £17.50 per fail, per business day. The fixed fail fee for non-Euro markets remains at £20 per fail, per business day.

Settlement fail − variable fails fee: LCH will change the variable fail fee from 0.004%, per business day to 0.0035%, per business day.

Buy-in fees: LCH will change the buy-in fee from an administration fee of £200 plus any cost, loss or expense arising from any resulting buy-in, to 1) an administration fee of £75 if LCH issues a buy-in notice and 2) a further fee of £125 if LCH executes a buy-in, plus any cost, loss or expense arising from the resulting buy-in.

Settlement fail – netting request fee: Where a member requests that LCH net eligible failed settlement instructions relating to the member, LCH will change the fee from £50 for each, single settlement instruction that is netted-off to £25 for each, single settlement instruction that is netted-off.

Settlement fee: LCH will change the settlement fee in the following markets:

• Spain: from €2.70 per settlement to €2.35 per settlement
• Portugal: from €3.20 per settlement to €2.40 per settlement
• Hungary: from US$11 to US$9.50 per settlement
