Following LCH’s Rule Change Committee of 16 May 2018, LCH is proposing the following rulebook changes, which are available on its secure website at https://secure-area.lchclearnet.com/secure_area/Default.asp under the folder “Rulebook.”

Rulebook Changes – Notification

Clearing members that wish to comment on the proposed rulebook changes should email rulebook@lch.com. If you have any general questions on rulebook changes, please contact your usual LCH contact.  Please note that all rulebook changes remain subject to regulatory approval and internal LCH risk approval.

* LCH is proposing this rule change in response to member request. Notwithstanding the effectiveness of this proposed rule change, all clearing members must perform their obligations and exercise their rights under LCH’s Rulebook in accordance with applicable law and regulation, including the Criminal Finance Act.
