Following the Rule Change Committee of 31 October 2017, LCH is making the following proposed rulebook changes available on its secure website under the folder “Rulebook”.

Rulebook Changes - Consultation Period

The following rulebook changes are being made available for a consultation period of 4 weeks.

Contracts for Difference In advance of LCH commencing the clearing of term Contracts for Difference some small amendments to the provisions on position management and corporate actions are proposed to Section 2D of the Procedures. The attached rule changes : Section 1.9 of Section 3D of the Procedures; and Section 1.14 of Section 2D of the Procedures.	EquityClear
