LCH.Clearnet EnClear Clearing Members are advised that, further to our prior circular providing the launch date for the UNM, DNM and UAM contracts, LCH.Clearnet Limited ("LCH.C") will implement the following Clearing Fees for the new fertilizer contracts:

| UAM | 25st | $1.50 |
LCH.C will publish an updated EnClear Margin Rate Circular, incorporating the new fertilizer contracts, prior to launch on the 25th March 2015.
