Clearing Members are advised that with effect from 3 August 2015, the FCA will cease its provision of regulatory returns via a direct feed to LCH.Clearnet Limited. Therefore, FCA regulated members must within 30 days from the date on which the returns are made up, provide the Clearing House with copies of all FSA001/FSA029 Balance Sheet and FSA002/FSA030 Income Statement returns made to the FCA via email to Financialreporting@lchclearnet.com.
Please note that Section 1.9.2 of the Rulebook will be amended to reflect the changes above.
