LDR/CDR/RDR/Accommodation Charge – January Process Change

Further to LCH Circular No 3815 notifying that the LDR, RDR and Accommodation spread review was brought forward for this month, the spreads have been changed to reflect market pressures on collateral availability and pricing dislocation over the holiday and year end period.

Full details have now been published in the fees section of the LCH website.

The January spread review meeting will be brought forward to allow spreads to be amended in line with normalisation of market conditions.

The temporarily revised schedule for implementation in January will be:

• 11th January - Members notified of spread changes
• 13th January - Spread changes implemented

Any changes to CDR spreads or accommodation fees will be implemented in line with standard timings and take effect on the 1st February.
