As a reminder this change will affect Members using automated system download processes. More information on the changes to Portal web interface will follow in a separate notice.

Changes/Action Required: - 3 actions are listed below to ensure continuity of report access.

1. Portal SFTP deadline past due: The 15th August deadline to register for a new Portal SFTP for both Production and Test accounts has now passed.  Any members who have not registered are asked to complete this activity urgently.

ACTION:

All Members currently using SFTP should authorise their Portal SuperUsers to register for Portal SFTP accounts for both Production and Test as a priority. An updated SuperUser administration guide containing details of how to request and edit Portal SFTP accounts is available in the ‘Member Reporting Programme’ secure area within the ‘Guides’ folder via the following link.

2. Member Reporting SFTP testing and Portal Production dates:

Intraday and end-of-day reports will be made available to complete testing in Portal Member Test and Production for most services by 31st October.  Members should complete testing and migrate by 9th December 2016.

ACTION:

  • Members should plan to complete testing and go-live by 9th December.
  • Following successful testing, members should migrate their SFTP connections to Portal Production to access all reporting.
  • Members will be required to provide confirmation to LCH via email to advise migration for each mnemonic is complete and legacy access can be removed.
  • Any concerns around these dates should be raised to your relationship manager.

3. Member Reporting migration and testing workshops:
In preparation for testing LCH will hold two sessions on October 4th 16.00 BST and October 6th 9.00 BST to provide a reminder of the Member Reporting changes and guidance on the testing strategy and approach. All dial-in, webex details and workshop materials are accessible on the secure area of the ‘Member Reporting Programme’ within the ‘Workshops’ folder via the following link.

ACTION:

We highly recommend Member contacts managing Member Reporting Programme changes attend one of the sessions.

All information on the project is available in the ‘Member Reporting Programme’ secure area at the following link. Should you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact your relationship manager or email Memberreporting.Programme@lch.com
