LCH.Clearnet Limited (“LCH”) would like to inform members of the preparations for Spanish Market Reform.
Key Dates
| 26 April 2016 | Last trading day with settlement in SCLV (Title V) |
| 27 April 2016 | First trading day with settlement in Arco (Spanish Market Reform) |
| 29 April 2016 | Last settlement day with settlement in SCLV (Title V) |
| 2 May 2016 | First settlement day with settlement in Arco (Spanish Market Reform) |
LCH Readiness
LCH has now self certified with the Spanish supervisors (“CNMV”), confirming readiness to system development, testing and member preparations. Following the Market Coordination committee held in Madrid on 21 April 2016, no concerns were raised in respect to the launch of LCH and its members.

Rulebook Changes
Earlier in the year, LCH provided notice of the proposed changes to the LCH Rulebook in member circular 3691. These changes will come into effect on 27 April 2016.
