Further to Default Notice issued on 8 February 2016, in respect of Maple Bank GmbH, LCH.Clearnet Ltd (“LCH.Clearnet”) is pleased to announce that all of the positions have been resolved. The default was managed within initial margin only, with no recourse to the general default fund.
