Further to Default Notice issued on 3 March 2022, in respect of VTB Capital PLC, LCH Ltd (“LCH”) is pleased to announce that all of the positions have been resolved. The default was managed within the defaulter’s initial margin only, with no recourse to the general default fund.

VTB Capital plc was an LCH EquityClear Clearing Member.
