Update on the Member Reporting Project

Further to LCH Circular no. 3717 and 3733, we would like to provide an update on the forthcoming changes to Member Reporting. As a reminder this change will affect Members using manual or automated system download processes.
Member Reporting is the collective term used for the distribution and delivery of reports to members via LCH’s online portal for web, API and SFTP (“The Portal"). The Portal web interface is where individual users can login to a web page to browse and retrieve daily business reports.
To ensured continued access to Member Reporting, Members are required to have registered for the new Portal SFTP accounts by 15 August 2016.
ACTION: All Members currently using SFTP should authorise their Portal SuperUsers to register for a Portal SFTP accounts for both Production and Test. An updated SuperUser administration guide containing details of how to request and edit Portal SFTP accounts is available in the ‘Member Reporting Programme’ secure area within the ‘Guides’ folder via the following link.
Following completion of SFTP registration and confirmation of connectivity, the member reporting team will be in touch to agree testing dates from mid-August.
We are in the process of finalising the detailed report specification and folder paths it is anticipated that these will be complete by the end of July 2016.
