Updated: Changes to the LCH.Clearnet Limited Rulebook – Futurisation of EnClear Contracts

LCH.Clearnet Limited is making a number of proposed rulebook changes available on its secure website.*

The proposed changes referred to in this circular are in relation to LCH.Clearnet's plans to futurise its EnClear service

Pursuant to the European Market infrastructure Regulation (EMIR), changes that are deemed ‘material' are subject to clearing member consultation.

Clearing Members that wish to comment on the consultation drafts should email rulebook@lchclearnet.com. Please note that the consultation closes on 11 November 2014.

*The proposed changes to the rulebook can be found on the secure area within the  ‘"Rulebook" area in the folder entitled "EnClear Futurisation".
