User Administration for CMS – Go Live

LCH is pleased to confirm that changes for the Collateral Management System (CMS) and User Administration advised last month in circular No. 3744, will be implemented starting this weekend 23rd July as advised in circular No. 3752.

Between the 23rd July and the 6th August, Clearing Member’s nominated CMS Admin Users or CMS Super Users will have their profiles created/updated so that they can view (and update) CMS user profiles for their company. All users will receive individual email notifications advising them of their new/changed access to User Administration.

Clearing Members are also reminded that for the next two weeks, between the 23rd July and 6th August, there is a change freeze on new CMS users or changes to existing CMS permissions, with the exception of emergency requests.

Admin Users / Super Users should be aware that whilst they can view user permissions as soon as they receive their updated access, changes to permissions submitted via User Administration will not be applied until the 6th August 2016 final go-live date in line with the change freeze advised above.
