Simon Davies Appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the LCH.Clearnet Ltd Board of Directors
LCH.Clearnet Group (LCH.Clearnet) today announced that Simon Davies has been appointed as an independent Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors of LCH.Clearnet Ltd, effective immediately.
Mr. Davies has over 30 years of experience in the asset management industry. He retired as Chairman at Threadneedle Asset Management in 2012, having previously been Chief Executive (1999–2007) and Chief Investment Officer (1995–1998). Prior to this he held various senior positions at Gartmore, including Head of Global Funds and Head of International Equities in addition to sitting on the board of Gartmore Pension Fund Managers. He began his career at NM Rothschild & Sons, where he worked as an analyst and fund manager. He now holds a number of directorships in the financial services and property sectors.
