LCH.Clearnet Funding LP - intended delisting of preferred securities from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and cancellation of trading on

LCH.Clearnet Funding LP hereby provides notice of its intention to delist all of its outstanding EUR200,000,000 Fixed Rate/Floating Rate Guaranteed Non-voting Non-cumulative Perpetual Preferred Securities (ISIN: GB00B158YD62) (the "Preferred Securities") which are currently admitted to listing on the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority and to request the cancellation of the trading of the Preferred Securities on the Gilt-Edged and Fixed Interest Market of the London Stock Exchange plc (the "LSE").

Delisting Schedule

Application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority for the Preferred Securities to be removed from the Official List and to the LSE for trading of the Preferred Securities to be cancelled with effect from 18 May 2017.

The last day of dealings in the Preferred Securities on the LSE is expected to be 17 May 2017.

The cancellation of the listing and of trading in the Preferred Securities on the LSE is expected to take effect at or about 8:00 a.m. on 18 May 2017.
